1. Everything you just said are things that I have already pointed out. If you read my recent posts you'd know this.

2. If you don't understand why a company would want to control the timing of good news, I really don't know what to say to you.

3. Considering they have stated the filing of the IND, and official policy by the FDA is 30 calender days, I highly doubt they will "stay quiet" after the mark.

4. As far as the 10-K goes, have you considered they are in the process of something and would not be able to communicate a direct answer for your questions, and therefore choose not to communicate at all?
