Holding 5.3M shares 3 weeks after auction is quite a gamble. I can see some individuals gambling but a Fortune 500 company whose CEO was on the board at A123 until July 2012 gambling with shareholder money is very unusual. I guess time will tell. I could not find any lawsuits involving A123 since the battery recall but I would not be surprised if some get filed.
