I don't believe this company is scam. I base this on everything I've read on their blogs, message boards and the amount of disclosure this company has provided (as incomplete as it may be). They volunteer far more information about the company than they really are required to.

The way I see it this company is owned and operated by a dreamer. He had a shot at making it big back in the 90's and he couldn't get the job done. He spent the next 20 years living in the past and trying to make something out of his life, he failed. Without constant toxic funding and abuse of penny market investors this guy would be homeless.

The problem is this man is unable to make any of the things he dreams up. He isn't a programmer. He has lots of ideas but is totally dependant on others to make them a reality. (you invest in creators not middle management dreamers) If you look at the way he talks about companies like Paddington Media you can see the disconnect. They were the greatest company in the world until EDoorways 2.0 was putout an it shown to be a huge failure. All the blame went to Paddington and what a bad company they are. If this guy knew anything about what is takes to make his dreamy ideas come true he would have seen that Paddington wasn't up to the task long before he signed an LOI to buy them. That is just one one many examples of this happening over the years.

The worst part is he dragged his whole family into this mess. His kid is going to be stuck with the stigma of this company following him around the rest of his life. Thankfully he has been smart enough to be just transparent enough to keep him and his family out of the reach of litigation. If you take the time to read the financials, it is very obvious what is going on. No court would ever say an investor was blindsided by this company. It has been made very clear that an investment in this company is simply paying for an old man to chase butterflies.
