If 20 business days is correct then the 1st day was Friday Feb. 1st. which means the "D" will dissolve and not be part of the symbol look up starting on March 4th. 2013.

2 Cent bid is totally bull pucky. They will never get any action. NEWS is coming and it will be huge.
