I asked Ron directly if he knew what was going on and he said he didn't. Your explanation sounds plausible, but it would be "less than a half truth" for them given what the company has been saying to people on the phone, via email, etc. They would have known all along.

I would hope that they wouldn't be that underhanded. I am "cautiously optomistic" about this whole situation. Let's see where we go from here GLTY!
