The "Infusion"...continues into the good News...

someone or Group is continuing to sell shares..holding this back

either existing shares of the O/S or possibly Dilution....

Just b/c the Co said they were going to buy back 100 million does not mean that they are not selling shares to raise Cash...
It only means that they stated a "half truth"...

No one in their right mind would be selling shares on the news that is coming out of this Co...unless they were privvy to news the General public is Not...or there is simply dilution going On!
