Who's being negative? I'm just stating the facts. It's obvious since this deal was announced the SP has acted negatively on the results and as Rivertrot noted Inmet has really not given up a hellava lot in the deal and I would agree.

I think the Street was looking for a bigger cash payout to come from this deal for PTQ and that didn't happen. It's nice to get the aggregate contract, but in reality who would Inmet have gotten that from anyway? I'm just agreeing with others here that see PTQ not negotiating very strongly from a position of power.

Don't take my word for it, just look at how the SP has reacted since the news broke.
