The Street sees it the same as you do. Inmet is contracted to buy PDI aggregate, which they would've had to buy anyway and the other thing was the royalty forgiveness to PTQ, which is money PTQ owed them, so that was nothing paid out by Inmet either.

Inmet gave up nothing they didn't have to give up.
