Agreed. If some guarantee or whatever else was in the contract, I could see it.. But like I was saying earlier, I haven't yet seen anything to that effect... I guess we just don't know right now

I also agree that he needs to get VM settled, no matter what. Then he has 1000 options going forward.

It's pretty clear that no matter what happens the chances of unwinding the sale are slim to none- provided that all of the terms are met
