We dont have access to the contract, there may be stipulations about dilution, timely payments, R/S, etc...We can speculate all we want, but hopefully we find out soon enough..

Volk is crazy if he doesnt bend over backwords to make this work, your talking about approx 100 million usd worth of oil here, just closing the deal alone will do wonders for the PPS and the company. Im not as concerned about giving shares or money to make it work, just get it done..IMHO..
