Pagan, did you or anyone else actually see the contract on the USA Spending site? I sent my inquiries based on the new contract missing as reported by others. I just want to clarify that someone actually saw it listed there at some point after it was announced. I haven't checked that site in the last few months.

The recent discussion about payment on delivery and 8-K issue being a possible requirement has me wondering why it the contract would have been listed at all, if those were the requirements were not met.

I tend to think if the contract was actually posted (viewed, not just assumed), there is a different reason for it being removed. I'm hoping some clarification from the company or from the site will clear this up.
