Cross your fingers everyone. This test launch goes well and the situation regarding the long awaited Stratellite placement changes dramatically.

However, many of you have said that the commercial Stratellite will be best started overseas, where regulations are not as severe to overcome, as is the patience that is needed to deal with the FAA here in the U.S.A. getting regulations in place to deal with the Stratellite and similar high altitude unmanned vehicles.

But, would a successful military launch and subsequent usage fast track the Stratellite's U.S.A. presence; first military, then commercial?
