my last conversation with him was about three days after the death stories hit the airwaves, he told me he had not been able to get in touch with davies for about a week prior to our conversation. he also stated he wasnt sure if he was going to be staying on as counsel. in my opinion his statement would coincide with davies going missing. i think this is my last post of the day, hope this helps
