“In September 2009 the Company signed a license and distribution agreement with AAP Sales and Distribution Inc. a third party company that obtained the rights to manufacture and sell certain of the Company’s products on a non-exclusive basis. AAP Sales and Distribution Inc.’s operations have been consolidated with All American Pet Company, Inc. based on accounting guidelines for Variable Interest Entities.”

...don't you think that aapt should file a Form 8-K for this very material event of a "third party company" being "taken over" by the President of aapt?

When did that happen?
How did it happen?
Was aap s&d acquired?

Where's the 8-K?

Missing...like a dozen, or so, others...in violation of SEC Rules & Regulations...?
