WRONG ! As I’ve stated before, read the SEC filings. Here are the pertinent facts about AAP Sales and Distribution Inc. from the last Annual 10-K:

“In September 2009 the Company signed a license and distribution agreement with AAP Sales and Distribution Inc. a third party company that obtained the rights to manufacture and sell certain of the Company’s products on a non-exclusive basis. AAP Sales and Distribution Inc.’s operations have been consolidated with All American Pet Company, Inc. based on accounting guidelines for Variable Interest Entities.”
