I simply noted that every time Harvey has spoken publicly recently, the stock declined that day. Period.

I never said anything about his oratorical skills. Re-read my posts. He's a fine speaker, and a fine CEO. I didn't blame Harvey at all.

I made a simple observation. I actually think it's a quirk.

And in fact, the stock DID declined on all four of 2012's quarterly conference call days, and all seven of Harvey's most recent public presentations. On many of those days, the stock was down 4% or more at its low.

Eleven for eleven is a pretty impressive streak. Quirk or otherwise. It may be longer. That's just as far as I went back to look.

In my initial post, I *joked* about the "Harvey Effect." The winking smiley face wink at the end should have been a tip-off.

Yet I was attacked and mocked, first for for being wrong on the facts, and then for blaming Harvey.

I don't know what I did to piss anyone off. But if this is how occasional posters are treated for making accurate observations, it's no wonder that on many days, this board is little more than nine people repeating themselves to each other.

For the record, I actually believe that Monday's call is going to break the streak - good news and good color on the launch, and I think the stock will rise. But what the hell do I know, I always think it's going to go up on presentation days.
