Think it through, people.

Is it really anything other than pure fiction to say that Omni would enter into this agreement, but then dump and illegally short?

Think it through.

Omni negotiated the right, according to the 8K, to use SFMI in their trade advertising. And they do not get paid until they perform, so where are they going to get shares to dump and to short with? They have to succeed to even get paid.

It is pure fiction IMHO to manufacture a version of things that depicts Omni as destroying SFMI after selling their clients on SFMI, and then using SFMI in advertising they pay for.

They are not going to work to get 2.45%, then turn around and destroy the company, and hence the value the earned in shares PLUS THEIR REPUTATION EARNED VIA INFLUENCING THEIR CLIENTS TO INVEST IN SFMI.

Thats ridiculous, IMHO. Pure D fiction.

Omni gets a mere $100,000 up front and, to get to the point where they even get the 2.45% in restricted shares, they have to bring in 5 million in delivered deals.

$5,000,000 in work done to earn the restricted shares. Thats what they have to deliver before they even get shares they could dump or short with

So where is the dumpage going to come from?

Is it supposed to be that they will use shares they already bought in the open market?

With more costly shares they paid for themselves in the open market they will execute an illegal offshore short, while they are trying to earn 2.45% by persuading their clients to invest $5,000,000 in SFMI?

Really?

They will cost themselves clients and deliver costlier shares to an offshore outfit who uses these shares to short SFMI?

Really?

REALLY?

Whats the point of even having an agreement, then?

A mere $100,000 dollars upfront and nothing else even delivered to them AT ALL until they perform?

They will illegally short while they work to get their 2.45% position by selling SFMI as an investment?

Really?

They have to deliver. Then they get paid.

Then and only then will they have inexpensive shares they could deliver to an off shore account to use in an illegal short, but by that time, they will be destroying their reputation with the clients they persuaded to put money into SFMI.

Wow.

Just WOW!!

:o)
