Not exactly... there were 0 filings for years and then they released all of their backed up financials through the 3rd qtr of 2010 in one day. Then NADA again for years and here we stand now. It seemed the only reason they filed was to delay the SEC from doing exactly what they did a month ago. What strategy was involved??? We will never know, but I am sure it will benefit them and leave us with nada!
