Mr. Livak,
I was a stockholder in DMXC. I have had numerous e-mails back and forth with Mr. Doug Fant (saw his name on SEC related papers during the delisting procedures) as I couldn't get in contact with you at the time. He provided me your e-mail address. I was curious if anything is happening or will be happening with DMXC since it was delisted a couple years ago. I know DMXC was punished for something that occurred way before DMXC was involved in the shell. All use shareholders were shocked and saddened when the stock was delisted. If there are plans to relist, what will happen to us "current" shareholders? I and other stockholders have been waiting to hear anything and have not. I look forward to any information you can provide. Is there any Investor Relations contact number or anything for others to call? Thank you for your time.
