lol...ok am sure al shorty is going to publish their NSS position

It's not shorty that reports the position, it's those who buy the shares and don't receive them who do the reporting. They report them as FTD's and if there are enough of them reported, the stock shows up on the Reg SHO list. Not surprisingly, this stock isn't on the SHO list.
