Why didnt Andy tell anyone who has talked to him on the phone, since July 2012, about the 3 denials? There are longs here, who had supported this for a long time, and saw the 3 denials, for the first time, just weeks ago. Right?

It's been common knowledge around here for at least a year that their applications had been denied and they were currently in the process of appealing. That may be news to you, but not to anybody that has been paying attention. Here's a letter from May of last year addressing the issue.
