Your young CEO is a veteran pump and dumper and now the investing public is aware of it. ITL shares, shares in a private company, are completely worthless until either an IPO or sale is achieved. In the meantime, looking at IMUN's burn rate, they will be out of cash in no time. The CEO is not a start biotech guy. He knows nothing about the field. He is a veteran pump and dumper (spongetech) and he is tainted now and nobody will trust him with their money.

Sell now while you can because your ITL shares are not worth much more than the paper you clean yourself with after defecating until the many years in the future when an exit is achieved.
