Chrisau...I don't use "Spywareblaster"...

But I do have cookies on my computer I 'must' keep for my Image Hosting Site, so I set the option on CCleaner to leave my cookies alone...

Open CCleaner, and on the top left under the Column 'Windows', and under 'Internet Explorer'
Uncheck 'Cookies'...

Hopefully that will take care of your Cookies concerns...
