If so the question becomes how did they file for corporate qualifications, stock etc?

if this is the case then this loop HOLE needs to be filled and it goes to the list of issues related to OTC Regs that need to be closed once and for all..Need ID to FILE !!and whatever else it takes to TRUST but VERIFY.. US GOV SEC, then we wouldn't need the Janitorial work that is currently being used out of the FED budget.
