Good question- finding a clean shell is key and checking back paperwork, especially SEC-related paperwork is key. What happened with the former shell is that they (before they became Delta Mining) had missed one SEC filing back about 2000 or 1999, and there was no way to track down the former company members an dfind out what was-or wasn't filed- so Delta got de-listed.

Try Alex by email first and you can say that Doug gave you his email address..... "[e-mail]"
