When the Fed starts pulling back on QE...later this year...next year...economy will be on stronger legs...and the markets will be going on higher based on that. The markets won't go down because the QE will not just stop it will slow for some time...very slowly pulling back till they stop it. The fed will then start selling it's bonds slowly back into the market for years to come.

It's really that simple.
