Yes thats what i have been told, really dont know how true my source is now, but i did believe it, and if jj does rule on some issues tomorrow then maybe, what i heard is true. We will see. My news was some rulings tomorrow and a date being set from jj. I dont know now based on stock movement. Say what hou want but people always know and stock always moves in anticipation. Just like biotech. You can tell if approval based on movement pre fda. Same here but i believe sources think ruling will be lower than expected. Only reason i can see for stock not moving. Granted the stock is manipulated more than alot, of others. Tomorrow afternoon we will know if things are what i thought. Good luck
