Price predictions are always tough. I wouldn't lose any sleep over a "best guess" going awry. My question is if the events are still on track - do you still think news tomorrow? And a GOOG-VRNG settlement in the near future?

And I want to know if you'll clarify this: Did you say that there was a $650 million offer made by Google, but Vringo rejected it because it had a stipulation that VRNG not go after anyone else?

Even though it wasn't a perfect offer, that's a lot of money to put on the table before the judge has ruled. Likewise for VRNG to turn down. Given that, that seems to imply that both parties have already conceded that GOOG is going to get some negative rulings shortly.
