remember, this is the Founder and majority stockholder of scam company MDBX that claims that the millions of shares of convertible preferred stock issued to him by the company, which are now issued and outstanding and which convert into more than 50% of the fully diluted O/S should not be carried on the balance sheet - and that his CPA and securities attorney also claim this.
