Basically the whole doc is about disallowing funds to claimants and severance deals but that area is towards equity. further down the doc details some shares held for the unexpected claims that may prevail but they want to distribute those shares to holders in the reorg company after finalizing these proceedings.. well that's how i read it but who knows what will come of this.
