I haven't seen the news about the company going out of business. This board is one big rumor mill. Pure speculation. All this "dilution" has resulted in a 5% drop in price. I don't look at the penny world with rosé colored glasses. Anyone here who keeps pointing out the obvious has something to gain. Until I see a reverse split or the company closing its doors, I will hold my investment and not whine. Pennies require what most don't seem to have here. Patience that requires years of waiting in some instances. Anyone who complains shouldn't be in this type of investment. Untruths,some lies, missteps, poor business plan, all part of a penny. Also, we have penetration into many, many markets, a proven effective product, potential for large sales numbers and FDA approval. It's a risk worth taking if you have the stomach and can afford it. If you can't, you're free to go. Please do. We're tired of the repetition.
