This does not sound like a real scenario. Their actions don't support this. Joe and Denis spend considerable time and effort to bring out new apps, new ways to expand the revenues of the company, and new technology. They are definitely trying to grow MRNJ. If they took their shares as salary the company would be losing money and so I think, as much as we don't like seeing them sell off 40M shares each year, this is preferable to taking larger salaries. What I'll be looking for is, as they grow revenues, whether they can also start to grow profits and generate cash.
