Is this a possible worst case scenario? Joe and Dennis know that printing more shares would be a big mistake and kill the PPS. So their next best move would be to sell their remaining shares for whatever they can get and then bankrupt the company and start all over with a new shell. The reason I ask this question is that if they (management) are selling shares at such a low price then they do not see any bright future here at all. Some other bad signs are, 1. No new clients. 2. No big game changing deals that have been hanging for years. 3. Financiers buying into this company??? Where are they??? My guess is that they bleed what they can out of MRNJ and fold it up. IMO.
