The correct courts in Mexico that have jurisdiction in the concession matters have already told the lower courts that their rulings were not within their power. So what dispute are you referring? Or is this a wild hope or story line that some are wishing? Seems like longs have a wishful story and the nay sayers are holding to just as wishful of a story.
