I am aware of P&D's that have lasted over a year. As long as their are believers despite evidence of growing improvements the dump is never over.

I am not saying that BMSN is a P&D but I do find it interesting/concerning that:

1. BMSN lost their accountant right after issuing a boatload of shares. By the statements released there was a disagreement between the accountants and management on how shares issued were being booked.
2. They continue to fail to get a new accountant to sign off on financials - subsequently they are delinquent and down on the pinks. If the company was so legit this should be done by now.
3. The stock went on Reg SHO for a short interval of time as it appeared that new paper had cleared the system slowly.
4. Massive growth in PPS on news with no revenues, no FDA approval for trials, and a long process to FDA approval to market.
