There isn't a reason to file since we are currently in the pinks. We are in good standing with the SEC (so no fear of being halted). We just need to do what we are doing and continue to stay the course. Submitting the IND is/was much more important than a current financial report in which everyone knows will not be anything to look at considering our business model.
