On this ihub page for this stock it shows 75ml shares aval
So maybe i dont understand all this but
With other stocks ive owned , those companys at time would do an R/S
To bring share price up But it would shink shares aval
And a month later would make public offering to sell more shares at what ever price increasing shares on market
