You know the way many are posting on the eve of the ruling is highly suggestive of people getting cold feet. Will the judge rule in favor of GOOG.... Being out prior to the rulling looks to be the safe bet for some. Is anyone starting to get cold feet?

Imagine riding this out for 6 months and getting slammed by a mediocre ruling. Of course this could be a contrived bit of gesturing to drop the price and make some sell. Hmmm, which is it?

Will the judge rule 3.5% of 2.9% as some suggest or do we get 500 million plus. Choose! The ruling or something like it is coming soon, not much time left people. Place your bets. Are those who are suggesting gloom and doom and worst case scenarios onto something or is this just conversation.

Would be a damn shame to sell and be left out in the cold on a halt. Hmmmm.... Things that make you second guess yourself.

Wold it be prudent to reduce risk, leave dry powder to buy on a big dip if this goes south or let it ride. Welcome to Vegas. This has to be about the biggest gamble we could make, since it comes down to one man and a ruling based on things we don't even know inside the mind of a retiring judge.
