I hate to say it but i do think this judge, is way too familiar with goog, if u know what i mean. Waited till after closing arguments from vrng to rule on laches. Well what i think is he did it on purpose why else would he not let vrng put on witness, also don't forget the judge brief the jury to only consider the one yr. past damages you don't think that was to sway the jury into thinking that maybe vrng didnt deserve anything. This is really smelling bad. Just something to think about, maybe we as shareholders should call the courts and voice our displeasure in this decision. If enough of us point out we know of the injustice he will have to fix it. If we dont do anything he will never be held accountable and will not change it cause i believe he is paid for been saying it for awhile and everone thought i was crazy. Google is the next goldman sachs buying the gov also .
