LOLOL!! Clever, clever MoMo! I suppose all that cleverness exhausted him to the point where he's no longer able to post.

BB doesn't understand much about how reporters work. Do they read stories about stories they themselves are working on? Of course they do. Up to a point, they'll talk to each other, but cautiously, because each one wants to get the scoop. It's a competitive business.

Unfortunately, BB doesn't seem to realize that Roehrig was nowhere mentioned in the first version of Tuckers story. Or perhaps she's forgotten that inconvenient detail, since it doesn't fit the theory. Evidently Tucker put out a quick preliminary version, then got in touch with Roehrig and did some other research, and subsequently updated the story.

But the funniest part is the assumption that the company has no fiduciary duty to inform its shareholders that management is still alive. Or that it never existed in a meaningful way.

It's "policy" to leave everyone in limbo? It's not bad enough that it was suspended by the SEC and bumped to the Greys, and is, according to the Dallas Morning News, being looked at by DHS and perhaps other Federal agencies?
