You do when you live in fantasy mining worlds run by well known con men - once again on the lamb.

Penny Stock mining scams are one of the easiest to pull off which is why so many have been identified and taken down (after the fact of course) by regulators. Like all pyramid schemes, getting profits early and leaving is what they are all about as eventually they fold up.
