But what happens if we dont get the application approved? Also why is it at a penny right now? I have been in penny plays since about 2009, mayny plays and talks of reaching a dollar, and very rarely does it happen...i am sorry if i am too conservative but i am just looking out...i really hope we reach the sky on this
