Whopping $1600 spent on R&D! All of about two days of work for one "scientist"

In a way this makes sense and in a way it does not

One reason is that the technology is already developed and "on the shelf" so to speak. All that remains to be done is the "application development " of that technology. But even this should be under the R&D budget even if you pay outside consultants. But then again I am no accounting expert
