Yes..I only buy when oversold based on RSI or other technicals...never chase a stock at top....when they are overbought I don't look at them...VOIS has come down from .07 area on heavy vol, last 2 days with 41 m shares on 2/12..blowoff IMO...remeber most or=f the crwd has a stop loss...I wait ans watch for this type of selloff and load BIG in next few days...never load all in one day....on SITS, would look at .0015-.0025 area before buying...not oversold here...needs to come down a bit more before I buy this one

BUY them when OVERSOLD..SELL them when OVERBOUGHT...don't chase them at the top!
