Doc21, We are in FULL agreement. I too would like to see this settled. Dr. Har-Noy will not come to the table to honor his obligation. He was happy to receive 4 MILLION DOLLARS from IMUN.Doctor Har-Noy is the one who filed the Wrongful Termination Notice not IMUN. Now all of a sudden SETH SHAW & ANTONIO TREMINIO are the bad guys. It is amazing, after IMUN raised 4 Million dollars, and they were on schedule to raise an additional 6 MILLION DOLLARS more for ITL. The Doctor pulls this stunt of withdrawal.You know him, give him a call to identify his motive. I will bet some other company offered him a great deal more money. That is why he is willing to expose his past. As a shareholder I also would like to see a fair settlement to this lawsuit.
