Certainly the lawyers were real people. Too bad Carrillo also "disappeared" (not in the murder sense) supposedly to Mexico - he apparently spoke to these guys at some point given they were signing off on their filings with pink sheets. I would assume the SEC has asked questions of the New lawyer mentioned (who BTW used to work with Zouvas at some point - and probably the reason it landed on his lap)in the last annual report. although they never signed off with an opinion latter on that yet. One report from IHUBBER says he doesn't work for them and another says they do.

Nobody seems to agree on anything here! And it appears there are FOUR sides to this story now - Bandera/SRGE/MSJ/MOMO's. wait make that 5 sides - Mastercraft!
