It is not unsubstantiated speculation here. It is a classic pump and dump profile under the watch of people who had a history at this sort of thing. As we speak there is a "load the boat before the train leaves" campaign going on. If you want to play the pump and dump sort of scheme, go ahead. Just know what you are getting into.
