floridagirl, "I'm not an attorney, but if an investor won, wouldn't that open the door for others to follow suit" Absolutely correct, but the best case is that as many folks as possible join together to bring the case to begin with. Often times folks want sit on the side lines and wait for others to take the case on, thus there is never any case. It normally takes 5-10 folks (with minimal contributions) to get a case rolling. One must also realize that they may never recover their loss (yet they may) but they can make damn sure the crooks don,t benefit. IMHO this situation is the silver spoon scenario. Stacey and Evan think they are entitled to your money. I despise folks like that and will assist in any way I can if the suit goes forward. (including my profits for IDGI) I know it irritates folks for me to mention making $ here. I did not make a lot, but I will surrender what I did make to assist.
