Guys I do not KNOW anything for sure, Z put off the call for a reason, remember that the SPIE conference was last week, I’m not going to lay out what I saw but I think that we have a lot more going on than we know and they are not allowed to tell us. During negotiations timing is everything and if you have your back to the wall and are trying to close a deal in a hurry (like for an investors call) you will not get as good of terms as you would if you had more time and possibly more options from other collaborators. Z pushed off the date and to me that is not a big deal. I say the more companies that they are talking to the better the deals we’ll get.

Why were these meeting scheduled all of the sudden? What might have happened? Who might have signed an NDA with them recently? What test might we have finally passed? Is it possible that we have a working device? What might have been demonstrated last week? Who might have attended the conference? Who might have called yesterday? Do we want them working on our call or taking care of business for us?
I do think that if they are tapping LPC that he should have waited a day because as I understand it, if it hits 99 cents you cannot tap the funds on that day. That doesn’t mean that they cannot tap them tomorrow but if my calculations are correct today was the 15 th day or the 3rd draw. If they are not tapping them then IMO it speaks volumes.
Guys we are so close, they have cleaned up the process, can test the stuff in days not months. Except for Lightwaves Perk I still don’t see anything that meets the criteria laid out by Intel in that 2009 article. If Intel is looking for that kind of material don’t you think that other companies are as well? A couple months is not going to hurt us and it gives me a few more weeks before all the ying yang day traders go crazy on us.
