Why do I get this feeling??

I somehow feel we have another staff attorney about to get a new job working for the Nokia defense law firm. I am so sick of our legal system I could puke. I guess I will just die waiting on a decision that finalizes the IDCC vs Nokia dispute.

I wonder why with 20,000 patents that none of them are violated by none of these companies and no one owes IDCC. Apparently IDCC must have engineers and lawyers that have no clue what is being infringed. To think they have all these years experience and are clueless to what they have gotten patents on. I guess when IDCC gets a patent the law should read you must submit these new patents to manufactures and ask them to thank you for your work as thats all they think they owe you if even a thank you.

I guess luckern and the earlier investigation was clueless also on patents and had no business saying the patents were valid and enforceable when a staff attorney by themselves can say the investigators was wrong and basically clueless to what they was ruling on.

Loophole you know how you feel about the Siemens trucks, well that don't hold a candle to how I feel about our justice system. If it is any crookeder I don't know how it could be.
